this list includes notes on my experiences, dosage, and effects, but is
definitely not precise or exhaustive.
this is meant to be a reference for myself and others, and is not meant
to glorify or promote drug use.

Commonly Used Substances
Alcohol
- Class: Central Nervous System Depressant
- Common forms: Beer (4-6% ABV), Wine (11-14% ABV), Spirits (40%+ ABV)
- Duration: 1-4 hours
- Notes: i barely enjoy drinking
Caffeine
- Class: Stimulant
- Common forms: Coffee (80-100mg per cup), Tea (25-35mg per cup), Energy drinks (80-300mg)
- Duration: 4-6 hours
- Safety: Generally recognized as safe up to 400mg daily for healthy adults
- Notes: i drink coffee and tea daily, but i try to limit my intake to 2-4 energy drinks a day
THC (Δ-9-tetrahydrocannabinol)
- Class: Cannabinoid
- Common forms: Flower, concentrates, edibles
- Duration: Smoking/vaping: 2-4 hours; Edibles: 4-8 hours
- Notes: mostly Δ-9, preferably vaped or ingested. i use it for pain relief, anxiety, social contexts, and sleep.
hard time avoiding psychosis, always using with caution
Psychedelics
Psilocybin
- Class: Classical Psychedelic (Tryptamine)
- Duration: 4-6 hours
- Notes: had a few good and bad trips, but mostly good
my problem is mostly hypnagogic hallucinations
LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide)
- Class: Classical Psychedelic (Ergoline)
- Duration: 8-12 hours
- Notes: essentially good trips and used to microdose a lot for a while, but taking a big break from it due to a traumatic experience. Microdosing being studied for various applications.
2C-B
- Class: Psychedelic Phenethylamine
- Duration: 4-8 hours
- Notes: lighter headspace compared to classical psychedelics.
DMT (N,N-Dimethyltryptamine)
- Class: Classical Psychedelic (Tryptamine)
- Duration: 10-15 minutes (smoked)
- Notes: Most powerful known psychedelic. Found naturally in many plants and animals.
Entactogens
MDMA (3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine)
- Class: Entactogen-Empathogen
- Duration: 3-6 hours
- Notes: Currently in Phase 3 trials for PTSD treatment. Promotes feelings of empathy and connection. Important to test substances and maintain appropriate dosing intervals (recommended 3-month minimum between uses). reacting strongly to MDMA due to having dissociative identity disorder, only very good experiences so far.
doses range from 80-100mg then 2-4 lower redoses after the first peak.
only rocks, no pills.
never had an experience where i wasn't too far gone and rolling too hard, my body just reacts very strongly to it.
it's really fun and i love it, but it's not something i can consider using in a casual setting.
have experienced one bad comedown with extreme confusion but no terrible depression or anxiety yet.
MDA (3,4-Methylenedioxyamphetamine)
- Class: Entactogen-Empathogen/Psychedelic
- Duration: 5-8 hours
- Notes: more psychedelic and longer-lasting than MDMA
Dissociatives
Ketamine
- Class: Dissociative Anesthetic
- Duration: Insufflated: 45-60 minutes
- Notes: anesthesia and depression treatment. trying to reduce my intake. mostly insufflated. have tried IM and IV in the past.
have experienced a few k-holes but mostly using it for dissociation
DXM (Dextromethorphan)
- Class: Dissociative
- Duration: 6-8 hours
- Notes: Found in some cough medicines. Effects vary by plateau (1st-4th). Important to use products containing only DXM as active ingredient. i prefer the second plateau, but i've had one third plateau experience
Nitrous Oxide
- Class: Dissociative
- Duration: 1-5 minutes
- Notes:
3-HO-PCP
- Class: Dissociative Arylcyclohexylamine
- Duration: 4-8 hours
- Notes: More potent than ketamine, has opioid activity. Requires careful dosing.
Stimulants
Amphetamine
- Class: Stimulant
- Duration: 4-8 hours
- Notes: important to maintain regular sleep and nutrition
Dextroamphetamine
- Class: Stimulant
- Duration: 4-8 hours
- Notes: dextrorotatory isomer of amphetamine. more central effects and fewer peripheral effects than racemic amphetamine
Cocaine
- Class: Stimulant
- Duration: 15-30 minutes
- Notes: important to test for adulterants and practice harm reduction
Benzodiazepines
Alprazolam
- Class: Benzodiazepine
- Duration: 4-6 hours
- Notes: medically prescribed to me, deals with panic disorder and good for stim comedowns. High potential for dependence. Not recommended for long-term use. physical addiction risk
Clonazepam
- Class: Benzodiazepine
- Duration: 6-12 hours
- Notes: longer-acting than alprazolam
Opioids
Codeine
- Class: Opioid
- Duration: 4-6 hours
- Notes: metabolized to morphine
Oxycodone
- Class: Opioid
- Duration: 4-6 hours
- Notes: semi-synthetic opioid. high potential for dependence
Hydrocodone
- Class: Opioid
- Duration: 4-8 hours
- Notes:
Research Chemicals
3-MMC (3-Methylmethcathinone)
- Class: Synthetic Cathinone
- Duration: 2-4 hours
- Notes: very high addiction potential, compulsive redosing is a bitch, be careful with 3mmc, probably the most addictive substance that i ever tried. limited research on long-term effects.
Mephedrone (4-MMC)
- Class: Synthetic Cathinone
- Duration: 2-3 hours
- Notes: combining stimulant and entactogenic effects, better than 3mmc but harder to find
2F-DCK
- Class: Dissociative Arylcyclohexylamine
- Duration: 2-4 hours
- Notes: similar to ketamine but slightly longer lasting. limited research available.
4-HO-MET
- Class: Synthetic Tryptamine
- Duration: 4-6 hours
- Notes: lighter headspace and more visual effects
Therapeutic/Supplements
Estradiol Valerate
- Class: Hormone
- Administration: Intramuscular injection
- Notes: regular monitoring of levels recommended. 0.2ml subq every 5 days + 4mg daily (pills)
Vitamins and Minerals
- Vitamin D: Fat-soluble vitamin crucial for bone health and immune function
- Vitamin C: Water-soluble vitamin important for immune function
- Magnesium: Essential mineral involved in numerous biological processes
- Melatonin: Hormone involved in sleep-wake cycle regulation
Other Medications
- Gabapentin: nerve pain and epilepsy
- Promethazine: mixing with codeine
5-HTP
- Class: Amino Acid Supplement
- Duration: Effects build over time
- Notes: precursor to serotonin
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
- Class: Amino Acid Supplement
- Duration: Effects build over time
- Notes: antioxidant properties
